With more than 30 years of institutional and private wealth management experience, he brings expertise across convertible arbitrage, relative value investing, and alternative strategies. He works closely with clients to align investment strategies with long-term objectives, with a focus on capital preservation, income generation, and multigenerational planning. Henry also serves on our Investment Committee, helping guide the firm’s investment approach.

Professional Experience
Previous senior investment roles across multiple organizations, including Chief Investment Officer roles at HFG Wealth Management, Maystone Partners and Argent Investment Group. Henry led institutional proprietary trading groups at Jefferies and CIBC, managing assets of more than $1 billion.
Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director and head trader for the Bass Family office in Fort Worth, Texas, where he led the convertible bond arbitrage group.

- Henry lives in The Woodlands with his wife, Christine. They have four children, and enjoy traveling back to Connecticut to see their granddaughter. He enjoys golf, travel, reading and following New York sports teams.
